Keep Calm and Love your Skin

This is one of my favorite photos that i took with my cell phone. This photo is not photo shopped at all. My glowing skin (compliments of my mom and grandmother) is from drinking lots and lots of water.  So what are my tips:

1. Drink lots of water (of course)

2. Exfoliate every 2-3 days and don't forget to include your lips. ( you can also try TimeWise Microdermabrasion Set via www.marykay.com/beautydivany1

3. Remove your makeup every night (before you go to sleep)

4. Get at least 8 hours of rest.

These tips will give you glowing skin and help your foundation lay beautifully.
